Este trabajo de investigación, "La mujer y las manifestaciones artísticas en Gran Canaria durante el Franquismo", se inscribe dentro de un proyecto de Tesis Doctoral, cuyo contexto interdisciplinar, integra la Historia del Arte y el marco político institucional de la época franquista. Pretende dar a conocer una nómina de autores y trabajos, imprescindibles para un primer acercamiento a la investigación sobre artistas grancanarias. Rescatarlas del olvido e integrarlas en el discurso de la vida artística de las islas será nuestro cometido último.
This investigation, “Woman and the artistic manifestations in Gran Canaria during the Franco´s Dictatorship”, is included in a project of Doctoral Thesis which interdisciplinary context involves the History of Art and the political framework of Franco´s period. It pretends to announce a list of authors and works, which are necessary for a first approach to the investigation about women artists of Gran Canaria. Our last objective will be to rescue them from the oblivion and to integrate them in the speech of the artistic life of the islands.
