Resumen
El objetivo de esta comunicación, enmarcada en el II Seminario de Investigación del programa de doctorado Islas Atlánticas: Historia, Patrimonio y Marco Jurídico Institucional , consiste en dar a conocer el estado de la cuestión y metodología científica empleada en la investigación doctoral en la que estamos inmersos; y cuya finalidad descansa en analizar la relación que los distintos artistas plásticos canarios han mantenido con la creación de escenografías y figurines en los espacios escénicos durante los siglos XIX y XX.
The aim of this paper, withim the II Research Seminar of the PhD Program Islas Atlánticas: Historia, Patrimonio y Marco Jurídico institucional, is to announce the state of the investigation and the methodology we are using in our thesis. We intend to analyze the relationships have existed between artists and theater through the creation of set designs and costume design in the Canary Islands during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
