Resumen

Esta es una investigación basada en la búsqueda y estudio de ciudades o lugares donde la memoria del patrimonio arquitectónico y urbano quedó congelada, estando vinculados a una tragedia (origen natural como terremotos, erupciones volcánicas... o de origen humano: conflictos bélicos, bombardeos, crisis económicas...) o a un acontecimiento que marque un antes y un después en la historia de la humanidad. Será un recorrido cultural que entrelazará varios lugares seleccionados, donde se pongan en común y se enfrenten unos con otros. Todos ellos serán elegidos según unos parámetros determinados, realizando un estudio y análisis (urbanístico, arquitectónico, histórico, social…), el estudio del desencadenante trágico y el análisis de las respuestas que se dan al mismo, es decir, el estudio del tipo de intervenciones posteriores que se dan en ese patrimonio cultural. Todo ello conformará una constelación de recuerdos reflejados en su patrimonio arquitectónico y urbano congelado.

This is an investigation based on research und study of cities or places where memory of architectural and urban heritage remained frozen, being linked to tragedy (natural origin as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions...or of human origin: warlike conflicts, bombings, economic crises...) or to an event that marks one earlier and one later in the history of the humanity. It will be a cultural trip that will interlace several chosen places, where they put themselves together and some face others. All of them will be picked according to a few certain parameters, making a study and analysis (town-planning, architectural, historical, social…), the study of the tragic trigger and the analysis of the answers that are given to the same one, that is to say, the study of kind of posterior interventions carried out on their heritage. All this will create a constellation of memories reflected on its frozen architectural und urban heritage.
