Resumen

Ante todo cabe señalar que esta contribución es una continuación a las expuestas por el autor en
los anteriores Coloquios. La obra se va a publicar quince veces de 1989 a 1932. La edición de 1889 tiene 114
páginas y la última 255. Se estudian La Palma, El Hierro y La Gomera; índice de población, el acceso por mar, y
su hospedaje, avance en la red vial, del carruaje al automóvil. Se analiza la exportación, así como los proyectos
esbozados por este escritor.

First of all, we must say this contribution is a continuation of others published by the author in the
preceding Coloquios. This work is published fifteen times from 1889 to 1932. The edition of 1889 has 114 pages
and the last one 225. La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro are studied: population rate, access from the sea,
lodging, advance in the communications network, from the carriage to the motor-car. The exportation is analyzed,
as well as the projects outlined by this writer.
