Características arqueológicas comunes entre Lanzarote y Malta: cart-ruts / Common Prehistoric Characteristics between Lanzarote and Malta: Cart-Ruts

No fue hasta principios del siglo XX cuando la Unión Europea decidió financiar el estudio del significado de las Cart-ruts dentro del contexto del área euroafricana/mediterránea. En 2007, salió a la luz un gran estudio descriptivo sobre Cart-ruts en el que no se llegó a ninguna conclusión. Las Islas Canarias y Azores se dejaron fuera de este estudio. En este trabajo presentamos datos sobre Cart-ruts encontradas en Canarias (Lanzarote) y Azores. Mostramos como las Cart-ruts de las cimas y laderas de algunos volcanes de Lanzarote apuntan a los solsticios y equinoccios. La datación de las Cart-ruts de Azores demuestra un poblamiento de las Islas pre-portugués. Ponemos de manifiesto que las Cart-ruts pueden haber sido construidos para medir el tiempo y el espacio en algunos lugares. Además, tratamos de contextualizar la construcción de las Cart-ruts en un tiempo prehistórico del área mediterráneo-atlántica euroafricana utilizando datos ya existentes: principalmente genéticos, arquitectónicos y de escritura. Se documenta la estrecha relación entre guanche, íbero y vasco. The European Union was financing at the beginning of 20th century on disentangling the Cartruts meaning problem within the Euroafrican/Mediterranean Area. A big descriptive study came out without conclusions about Cart-ruts utility in 2007. Canary and Azores Islands were left out of this study. In this work, we present data on Canary Islands (Lanzarote) and Azores Cart-ruts findings. We show that Lanzarote Cart-ruts on some volcanoes tops and slopes point out to Solstices and Equinoxes. Dating Azores Cart-ruts show a prePortuguese Islands inhabitation. We put forward that Cart-ruts may have been made to define time and space in some places. In addition, we try to contextualize the Cart-ruts construction in a prehistoric time of MediterraneanAtlantic Euroafrican Area by using extant anthropology data: mainly genetics, architecture and writing. Close relationship between guanche, iberian and basque languages is documented.
