La presencia italiana en Argentina: historia y características del fenómeno migratorio / The Italian presence in Argentina: History ans characteristics of the migratory phenomenos

Resumen

Esta investigación quiere ilustrar la contribución de los inmigrantes Italianos en algunas actividades económicas que al comienzo del siglo XX todavía estaban ausentes en la realidad de la nación argentina de aquel tiempo. Se ilustran incluso las distintas dinámicas antropológicas que condujeron algunos grupos étnicos del norte de Italia en el trasplantar en la Argentina del comienzo del siglo pasado algunos usos y costumbres que resultaban ser típicos de sus regiones de procedencia originaria. Se concluye con la descripción del primer desarrollo de algunas ciu-dades argentinas fundadas por núcleos importantes de inmigrantes italianos, que llegaron luego a representar en la actualidad unas importantes realidades económicas y productivas, introduciendo no solamente algunas categorías de cultivos que antes tampoco existían en el país suramericano, sino que también fueron protagonistas de la introducción de algunas especies agrícolas importadas directamente desde el norte de Italia.

This research is dedicated to give a new light about the contribution of italian immigrates in some economical activeties: at the beginning of XIX century some of these were quite not yet existing in such time Argentina. So are analized the different anthropological dynamics that in the early last century permitted some ethnical groups from Northern Italy to plant in Argentina some typical uses and traditions that were characteristical in the environment of their ori-ginal italian regions. The conclusion is the decription of the first development of some Aargentina’s towns founded by conspicuos groups of italian innigrates: in the time they managed to represent even in modern times some important economical contests, often introducing not only some types of agricultural cultivations not existing before in Southern America, but also planting vegetable varieties directly imported for the first time from Northern Italy.
