Resumen

En esta comunicación pretendemos exponer losresultados del proceso de elaboración de losinventarios del patrimonio histórico industrial de lasislas de Gran Canaria y Fuerteventura. El fin último esdemostrar y reafirmar la dimensión que los bienesindustriales ofrecen como parte indisoluble de nuestropatrimonio histórico cultural, en relación directa con laimportancia creciente que ha adquirido en el contextointernacional la protección y rehabilitación de antiguoselementos industriales.

In this paper we present the results of the process ofdrawing up inventories of the industrial heritage of theislands of Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura. The endlast is to demonstrate and reaffirm the dimensionwhich industrial goods offered as indissoluble part ofour cultural heritage in direct relation with the growingimportance that has acquired in the internationalcontext the protection and rehabilitation of formerindustrial elements.
