Este articulo analiza la recepción de Le droit des gensde Vattel en los países hispánicos en el siglo 19,particularmente con respecto a las traducciones,ediciones y comentarios de la obra y el papel que ibadesarrollando en la formación del derechointernacional.

The scope of my article is to study how Vattel’s Ledroit des gens was received in the 19th century, payingspecial attention to the translations, multiple editionsand different comments about it, that were published inSpanish countries that time and focusing on the role ofthis work for the development of international law.
