Resumen

La revelación del ser humano como agente de cambio geológico y medioambiental comporta una serie de problemáticas que atañen al modo de organizarse que ha tenido este a lo largo de la historia y al modelo de individuo que vehicula dicho funcionamiento. En medio de las emergencias climáticas que ello implica y de sus consecuencias ontológicas, me pregunto por las propuestas de las jóvenes escritoras y artistas de las islas caribeñas y canarias, como habitantes de espacios tradicionalmente relatados bajo parámetros míticos, en donde se suma un nuevo signo de vulnerabilidad por razón del cambio climático. / The revelation of the human being as an agent in charge of the environmental and geological change involves a succession of quandaries. Some of them are strictly related to the social and organizational systems developed by humans throughout history and to the model of individual that conveys those structures. In the middle of the current climatic emergencies entailed by those attitudes and their ontological consequences, this paper reflects upon the distinctive roles of the young Caribbean and Canarian women writers and artists as inhabitants of spaces traditionally depicted under the scope of the mythical, in addition to the new manifestations of vulnerability generated by climate change.
