En “Rompecabezas”, Benito Pérez Galdós crea un juego de piezas literaria y metaliteriamente movibles. El relato breve se dirige a los niños como receptores de la lectura en voz alta mediada por los adultos; la dinámica entre el que lee y el que escucha refleja un intercambio que privilegia el poder del adulto sobre el niño. Al nivel narrativo, el protagonista subvierte las relaciones de poder entre adulto y niño en los ámbitos físico e intelectual, lo cual se traslada a los ámbitos sociocultural y político. Se examina esta subversión de poderes en el contexto de la representación del cuerpo, postulando que el protagonista como niño biopolítico refleja la intersección de biología y política en el marco de comunidad e inmunidad. El cuerpo del niño biopolítico se sale del marco bíblico-alegórico tradicionalmente asociado con este cuento, para abrir nuevas posibilidades de articular el trauma de la familia y la ansiedad política. / In “Rompecabezas”, Benito Pérez Galdós creates a set of literary and metallically movable pieces. The short story addresses children as who listen to adults read aloud; the dynamic between the reader and the listener reflects an exchange that privileges the power of the adult over the child. On the narrative level, the protagonist subverts the power relationships between adults and children in the physical and intellectual spheres, which is transferred to the sociocultural and political spheres. This subversion of powers is examined in the context of the representation of the body, positing that the protagonist as a biopolitical child reflects the intersection of biology and politics in the frame of community and immunity. The body of the biopolitical child moves beyond the biblical-allegorical framework traditionally associated with this story, to open up new possibilities for articulating family trauma and political anxiety
