Puede comprobarse cómo literatura y prensa coinciden en numerosas reflexiones de Benito Pérez Galdós y de Emilia Pardo Bazán acerca del teatro.
El presente trabajo analiza opiniones de ambos escritores sobre diversos aspectos de la materia, para acabar concluyendo que si bien es fundamental que Pardo Bazán considera a Galdós, en muchas ocasiones, como un maestro, también lo es el empeño de la escritora gallega por marcar una línea personal y propia.
It can be check how literature and press agree many of Benito Pérez Galdós and Emilia Pardo Bazan's thoughts about theatre. This work analyzes the opinions of both writers on various aspects of the matter, to end up concluding that while it is essential that Pardo Bazán considers Galdós, on many occasions, as a teacher, it also is the determination of the galician writer by marking a personal and own line.
